The 3 most recent bank statements (checking and savings)

Proof of income (ie Job offer, proof of deposits)

Proof of employment

Proof of previous rent payments

Reference letter from current landlord confirming the address, duration of your tenancy, apartment rent amount, if rent was paid on time, any notable tenant history, and if they would rent to you again. This can be emailed directly from your landlord to this apts landlord.

A written statement of current financial situation (Describe your financial situation - e.g. income sources, your spend, debt, etc)

Application Fee of $20, which is non-refundable.
