This studio is truly the most gorgeous light filled space and has a great use of a 400sf space. Floor to ceiling windows are a plant lovers dream, and make natural light a show piece!

I’ve loved my apartment while I’ve lived here, and being right off the A/C lines has made access to the city a breeze, with Manhattan 15 minutes away from your door.

Please note, the unit is shown unfurnished but I’d be happy to send pictures with my things in the unit to give you ideas of how to use the space!

Incentives

Hello! I’m moving due to some personal reasons, and can be out of the apartment pretty much as early as you need me to be! I do plan on taking my furniture with me, but am open to negotiating pricing on some pieces if you see something you like.

Currently my lease is through September 14, but I’m sure my landlord would be amicable to change.

Depending on how quickly you can take the lease over, I would be open to discussing a rent discount with you.
