Property Details

I've been in this beautiful cozy pre-war full floor of a brownstone for three years and absolutely do NOT want to leave but my friend/flatmate wanted to move to Brooklyn so I'm looking for someone new.

The available bedroom is the larger of the two with fireplace and double windows. There's a washer/dryer in the kitchen, a large living room, and the (very lovely) landlords live downstairs. It's a quiet building and street, we know everyone in the building, and the rent barely rises year-to-year.

I'm a 30something sane and friendly male theater producer. I often work from home but my current flatmate does as well and it's not been an issue.

no dogs or cats i'm quite allergic! Living room will be mostly furnished with my things (happy to make room for yours!), there will be nothing in the bedroom.
