Light-filled 2-bed, 1-bath furnished unit available for summer sublet. Within 5 minutes walking to A and 1 subways at 181st St, a 10 minute walk to Fort Tryon Park, and in a calm, residential neighborhood with many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Target, pharmacies, etc.

This is a 3rd floor walk-up in a classic pre-war building. I'm the primary renter, so no broker fee or dealing with agents. I've put a lot of care into this place and am coming back after the summer, so I'm looking for a household of 1-2 people who will take good care of the place while they enjoy it.

My apartment is well furnished with an eat-in kitchen (small high-top table), bedroom with queen bed and blackout curtains, second bedroom with a large flatscreen TV, brand new sofa that pulls out into a comfy inflatable queen sleeper, and a spacious living room. The unit has two desks and reliable Fios wifi that works well for the Google speakers throughout the home, streaming services on the TV, and working from home.

No laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat 1 block away that provides drop-off wash and fold service for a reasonable price.

Incentives

Utilities and Internet included, with the caveat that if the electric bill is over $100 more than my typical average from last summer (using window A/Cs daily but thoughtfully) the difference beyond that will be taken from the security deposit.

Additional fee

$1,000 security deposit required to hold the unit when you commit. Refundable minus any damage after move-out.
