Hey everyone,
We are looking for a 3rd roommate to resign the lease for our amazing Hell's Kitchen apartment. This unit is a steal! We have the entire second floor to ourselves, a huge and recently renovated kitchen, private roof deck balcony that is larger than most NYC bedrooms, and is very close to the ACE and 123. We have lived here for the past year and loved it but our 3rd roommate is moving away.

My roommate and I have been best friends since college and are looking for someone who is clean, communicative and generally a good vibe! We both work full time and are in the office 3-4 days a week.
