ABOUT THE BUILDING
The building is located less than a minute's walk from the Hudson River, grocery stores, bus stops, and cafes. It offers a lounge and rooftop with stunning views of the river, as well as a gym that includes group fitness classes, a basketball court, yoga and aerobics studios, a spinning studio, tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Housekeeping service is also available, and a free shuttle bus is provided for residents.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR / APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an individual or couple to take over our lease and ideally purchase all the furniture and equipment, as we are relocating abroad and unable to take anything with us. The entire home setup is worth around $15,000, but we’re asking just $5,000 to transfer everything as is.
The application process takes at least two weeks, so we’re seeking someone who can apply as soon as possible and move in by June 1, 2025.
The building requires the first full month’s rent to be paid when the lease assignment documents are signed. There is also a $1,500 security deposit attached to the lease, which will be transferred to you, so we will need to collect that amount as well.
Job Relocation
To qualify, your annual income must be 40 times the monthly rent to meet our building’s requirements, or 80x if using a guarantor. You will need to submit a complete online application along with supporting documentation for review. An application fee may apply.
