Location: heart of Williamsburg , 2 blocked from the water, Williamsburg is full of restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of places to walk and shop, near both the Bedford L train and Marcy ave M/J trains
Rent: 2,200 per month - included rent and all utilities
Move-in Date: may 1
Lease Term: 5 month lease - with option to renew
Features: This is a brand new 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit, 2 stories. First level has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and separate dining room. Private patio/backyard….its huge!! Full disclosure all the bedrooms and bathrooms are roughly the same size and are New York City style rooms so they are on the smaller side. That being said you can still fit a queen size bed and dresser in each of the rooms!
Amenities: full size/ brand new washer and dryer in unit/ dishwasher / video intercom system

We have a 2 year old Italian mastiff pup living in the home so being okay with a 100lb dog is a requirement
