2. Letter from current employer stating annual salary, position and length of employment, or, in the case of self-employment, a similar statement from an accountant.
3. Bank statements and financial accounts for the past two months.
4. Two personal references from persons who are neither relatives nor employers of the applicant.
5. Reference letter from current landlord confirming length of residency and rent payment amount.
6. Bank reference letter confirming account balances and date of account opening.
7. Renter’s insurance for the unit or a letter stating that proof of insurance will be provided prior to moving in.
8. Executed sublease agreement.
Please also be prepared to have the following Certified checks or Money orders ready for when the Board will require them as they form part of the application process (Note: the below checks are not for the owner’s benefit but are part of the Building’s standard policy for sublet applications):
1. Certified check or money order in the amount of $300.00 for a non-refundable application fee which includes one credit report for the applicant, and will be payable to the building’s Management company who carries out the credit check.
