The rooms are accessed through a beautiful, wide, arched, hallway.
-Since this is a short-term sublease, we are leaving the apartment fully furnished. Additional amenities include: microwave, dishwasher, marble kitchen countertops, washer/dryers in building, gas stove/oven, coffee maker, AC units, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, high speed internet, wood floors, marble floors in kitchen and bathroom, and more.
-Friendly, safe neighborhood. Several buses in area offering easy public transport. One block from the A/C train. Two blocks from the 1 train.
-We are seeking a mature, clean, trustworthy sub-lessee. Maximum of two people in the sublet. No smoking. No pets. No kids.
-We are seeking the permission of our landlord for this short-term sublet, following New York City sublet requirements.
