The cost is $4,600/month + Wifi & Electric. Deposit of $4,600 will secure the apartment, & you'd inherit our deposit to be returned at the end of the lease.

Would also love to sell any individual pieces of furniture. Would also be open to subletting the space fully-furnished for $5,060/month (10% more than base rent).

Lovely & convenient, the apartment is located on an idyllic & quiet Gramercy st while being a quick walk to the 1st ave L stop, 4/5/6/N/Q/R/L @ Union Square, and the 6 train @ 23rd St. Near Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, fitness classes, & all the vibrant offerings of the Gramercy & East Village neighborhoods!

My roomie and I are sad to move on from this wonderful space, but excited to be moving in with our partners. :)
