Amazing elevator apartment on the UES within 5 minutes to the 4,5,6 and the Q. The M15 stops right outside the entrance. The apartment is an 8 minute walk to Central Park, 15 minute walk to the MET, and a 5 minute walk to the Carl Shurz Park. Very quiet and located on a high floor.

There is an equinox, NYSC, Orange Theory and Barry's class within 10 minutes walking distance. Target, Best Buy, CVS, Whole Foods, and Key Food are within 5 minutes of walking for all your immediate needs.

The building has a doorman, a grand lobby, and incredible views. The room is in a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment. The other roommate is a 27 year old Female Columbia Graduate working in Data Science who lives with her cat. The cat is 1.5 years old and loves to socialize and sleeps for most of the day.

You would have your own private room and share all common areas. The living room has a sofa, lamps, a dining table, a reading space, and has sunlight throughout the day coming in through all 3 windows. All rooms are air conditioned (the utilities are included so feel free to use it as much as you can!). Wifi is already set up and would cost 20-25$/month (our current plan costs $50/month thru Spectrum).

The apartment is fully furnished and all you need is to bring yourself and your suitcases! If needed, I can also empty the room and you could bring in your own items. If you opt to use the existing furnishings in the room, all items would be available at a discount. The room has a large closet and an air conditioner with plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

I have to leave the country for a new job unfortunately, and would need to sublet the apartment until February (when the lease expires). You would have the option to renew the lease then. Having lived in this building and neighborhood for the last 6 years, this is an incredibly large apartment with great neighbors and friendly doormen who go out of their way to help!

Additional fee
