The apartment is located near the L and close to a bunch of great restaurants and bars in the East Village. There are two spacious rooms that can accommodate queen beds and a desk. The washer/dryer in unit is also a great addition.

Additional fee

The incoming applicant and/or guarantor would provide to apply and pay the 13-dollar application fee. They would need to be prepared with the attached documents and email them to me directly.

The payment can be made via the leaseholder account with permissions, or via money order and brought to our main office.

This can be provided in the form of an employment/offer letter, or 3 consecutive paystubs. If you are currently utilizing a guarantor, they would also provide this information. This can be submitted via email.
