Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my part in the lease in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment from July 1st through the end of November — with the option to renew the lease afterward. An entry date in late June is also an option.

The apartment is in an amazing location, just a short walk to the L train at Lorimer and McCarren Park. It’s in a modern building with great amenities, including a gym, laundry room, bike storage, and a beautiful rooftop with a BBQ setup and great Manhattan views.

You’ll be living with my awesome roommate - a 27-year-old working professional - who’s clean, respectful, and laid-back. We’re looking for someone similar to keep the good vibes going in the apartment. The apartment is gay friendly :)

The room has double closet space and oversized windows that let in tons of natural light ☀️🌻
