Hi! I am subletting out my amazing light-filled apartment in a fantastic luxury bldg in the heart of FiDi on Wall St.
There are tons of amenities (see below), plus it’s walkable to various subways, ferries, citibikes, helipad to Hamptons / JFK and more. This apartment has amazing light and views of the area and is pet friendly.

I am interested in either subletting the apt for a few months (3 minimum) or would consider a lease takeover as well.

The apt can come furnished with the basics (bed, sofa, table, small dressers, kitchen appliances) or unfurnished.

Rent - $3600

Utilities - *variable*, approximately $400 per month (includes wifi/air conditioning and heat)

Amenities - $70 (if you would like to use the gym etc, if not you do not need to pay this)

Pet Fee per bldg rules - $250 one time fee (if you bring a cat or dog)

Deposits: 1 month’s rent deposit plus a utilities deposit.
