Hi! I am looking for a third roommate to sublease my room with view on Manhattan to, in our supercosy apartment right off the Bedford stop in Williamsburg.

•⁠ ⁠Utilities: Electricity and internet is split between the three of you
•⁠ ⁠Sublet period: Through September 30 (but we would love someone who is looking to renew!)
•⁠ ⁠Furniture: The room is fully furnished
•⁠ ⁠The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk-up building that includes laundry facilities, a rooftop terrace, and a package room.

A bit about your roommates:
Giulia (F 32): Italian Architect working 5 days a week in Manhattan, and very committed to her weekly Sunday evening volleyball practice.
Arina (F30): Russian Writer currently on a hybrid schedule in pursuit of her MFA at Sarah Lawrence; given she moved to the city from SF only last September, she is very committed to exploring NYC neighborhoods.
