We have lived in this apartment for three years and have loved it! We found out our jobs would allow us to relocate to another state just days after we renewed the lease. We will have the apartment professionally cleaned after we move out.

This apartment is approximately an 8-minute walk to numerous subway lines. The apartment is also conveniently located just blocks away from Fort Greene Park and countless restaurants.

This is a 24/7 doorman building, who will accept and hold deliveries.

We are only considering a 12-month lease at this time.
