Dimensions are a little weird - around 6.5 feet by 18 feet, but there’s plenty of room for a full sized bed with an end table on either side, plus dresser and desk if you want. Large closet. There is a dishwasher, and free laundry and storage in the basement. You’d share the living room, bathroom, and kitchen with one clean, kind, busy roommate (F, 26) and her small calico cat who mostly stays in her room. Additional pets open to discussion!

Landlord is responsive, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and you’d have the option to renew/take over the lease in the fall.

9 minute walk to Knickerbocker Ave M or Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M, 15 minutes to the Gates J/Z, and the B60 and B52 stop right around the corner.

Living room will be furnished but there will be room for you to bring furnishings of your own pending discussion with current roommate! Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom will come unfurnished but with window unit AC. Remaining roommate has one cat (she stays mostly in her bedroom and has been “trained” to stay out of yours), additional pets possible!
