The building has a gym with an indoor pool and a resident terrace located on the 7th floor. It is conveniently located a short walk to the Hudson River (1 block) and to the Times Square and Hudson Yards subways.

This is a lease assignment which will be completed through the building management, with the lease period ending February 14, 2026, with the option to extend beyond this.

The lease reassignment process is completed through the building management, offering the subletter and tenant better security. An upfront security deposit will also be required and returned at the end of the lease.
