Your bedroom (see floor plan for 9'10" x 12'7" dimensions) has a private bathroom, a decent closet, and a big window with good sunlight. It overlooks a quiet space leading to our neighbor’s backyard, offering good privacy. The apartment management is helpful but not in our hair, but still responsive to any needs. Neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. The current lease is up for renewal soon, and you'd need to apply to join for the remainder of this term and sign onto the new lease for 2025-2026 (i.e. a ~15 month commitment). The rent will remain the same for the full takeover and lease renewal. With the share of utilities for this room will be ~$2100, though utilities can fluctuate higher during peak seasons.

Job situation unfortunately changed so looking for someone to sign into a 15 month lease to be able to properly move out of the apt asap.
