Beautiful luxury rental apartments with doorman, my husband and I are moving out of New York and need someone to take over the lease from June 1 to August 31. We also received approval from our landlord directly. Ideally, this apartment will come unfurnished, but keeping photos of furniture here as they are optional if you are interested in purchasing any item. Just to clarify since it’s not clear in my description, this would be a lease re-assignment for three months starting June 1 through August 31 (directly with landlord) and then in August during the renewal period, you will have the option to renew the lease for one year or two years starting September 1. This is a rent stable building, rent will stay at $3,500. Just to clarify this is not a sublease, this is a lease reassignment with renter application 40x the rent requirement.
