Hi! Me and my roommate are looking to lease out our apartment at Tower 5040. We are looking to move out as soon as possible due to graduating and the lease will last until July 31st, but there is always an option to renew if you love it! We are leasing our rooms individually and have photos to provide of the rooms if you or anyone you know is interested! This is also a perfect opportunity for you and a friend to move in at the same time!! The apartment comes furnished and included a washer and dryer. Two other girls will also be leasing here since it is a four bed, but everyone has their own room with a private bathroom and closet in each. The girls are very sweet and would prefer to live with other girls as well. Again, please dm me if interested in a room or two!!
