Pros: The building works pretty well. Reception is very efficient. Elevators are fast. There are exists on both 31st and 32nd st. I have been here for 2 months and really enjoying it so far. The gym is usually very empty.
Cons: There is a church next door so there are usually homeless people by the 31st st entrance.
- About me
I need to spend a few months in Brazil this year. I'm not trying to make any money here, just cover the expenses of rent, fees and amenities while I'm out .
You should use the apartment as is with all the furniture. The landlord requires a minimum of 1 month for a sublease and I need to sign a contract with them.
