This is an incredible place that I'm happy to call home. It's in Los Sures, Williamsburg, a 2 minute (1 block!) walk from the Hewes J/M, a 4 minute (~2 blocks?) walk from Broadway G, and a 10 minute walk from Lorimer-Metropolitan L. Location-wise, it's a gem,

But it gets better! No stairs to deal with, and we've got a pretty sweet patio! You'll be with me (29M) and my roommate (33F) in a room towards the back that gets minimal street noise and a view of the backyard (which belongs to the upstairs neighbors).

The room itself is about 8 feet wide by 16.5 feet long. A queen bed easily fits lengthwise along the back to allow for a looong room for activities that currently fits a 3 person couch, cabinets, and a big work desk. There's also a tall closet!

The room will be unfurnished. The current roommate is selling an AC unit for $100 if you'd like it.

There's one shared bathroom and a kitchen with shelves and cabinets. Gas stove.

This room will be available from June 23rd onwards, so it'll be prorated if you wish to move in sooner.

Ideal roommate is in their mid twenties to mid thirties, clean, and doesn't bring a party home. Queer friendly house! Ideally someone who's looking to stay for a while.

I've had some success on leasebreak before, but this is a new lease you'll be signing since all of ours are open-ended. Works out great!

Other info

Ideally no untrained pets, especially when it comes to pee/poo/yelling. There's no brokerage fee.
