Very safe area close to the United Nations, Summit One, and Chrysler, really nice for night walks. A lot of cute brunch/happy hour/dinner places around (will happily recommend a few places!!).

3 mins away from D'Agostino, 10 mins away from Trader Joe's and Fairway (very reasonably priced groceries), 15 mins away from Whole Foods.

Incentives

Rent includes a fully furnished apartment with window unit AC & all utilities including laundry & wifi. Utensils, pots, pans and plates are all provided, monthly cleaning and supply refills are also included. Very economical and International student/summer intern/short term stay friendly.

Additional fee

No brokers fee if leased directly from lease break without agents. Credit and background check will be conducted, but very international friendly (I myself am an international student). Security deposit required (as are other apartments), application will be processed in about 24 hours after security deposit is paid.
