My family is embarking on an exciting new journey, moving out of the city to be closer to my dream job! We're subletting a 2bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Normandie Court from 7/1-9/7 (with option to renew lease) for $4,872. Doorman building and with amazing views of the city from the corner unit on a high floor! New windows with shades in unit that open easily to let air in and close to quiet the city sounds.

Additional fee

Each new applicant will receive a link to fill out an online application. We will need the applicant(s) 's full name, phone number and email to send the application link. The application fee is $20 and is non-refundable. The applicant(s) will be prompted to pay when completing the online application.
Applicant(s) will be instructed to submit the following online:
• Identification - New applicant(s) photo ID
• Bank Statement - 1st page of their latest bank statement
• Income verification - 2 most recent paystubs and/or letter of employment stating salary/income

To qualify, the applicants and the resident(s) remaining on the lease must have an income of at least 50 times the rent at the renewal rate and maintain good credit.

Please note that a $750 lease assignment fee is required when the applicant submits their application for the apartment.

Pet grooming facility in building next to laundry room. There is also a dry cleaner, bank, vet, and Dunkin’ Donuts all in the building at street level. Close to several grocery stores. The Q is on the corner of the block with the green line only 2 blocks away.
