I am moving away from NYC, so I am looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease June 2nd for this ✨gem of an apartment ✨ in East Williamsburg. We've lived here for a while now and truly love this place!

This is a 3 bed 1 bath apartment, with all the windows facing the inner gardens of the surrounding buildings, making it particularly peaceful. Your bedroom will be connected to our spacious balcony (see in pictures) with lots of space and natural light and AC in the room.

You would be living with two girls in their late-twenties/early 30s. They both work from home on certain days of the week, with both of them working in tech. Both of them have a variety of hobbies, and enjoy hosting friends, while also love our quiet nights at home.

Once a month we have someone come in to clean the apartment, while otherwise we try to keep the apartment relatively clean.

We enjoy hanging out in the common spaces often and would love to have another person to join the vibes. We've loved living here the past couple of years, and look forward to sharing this space for the next year as well!
