Sitting on the north eastern side of Central Park, many of the units offer direct views of Manhattan’s most coveted natural gem. It is perfectly between the 2/3 and the 6, for easy commuting and access to either side central park.

We were excited to move into this apartment and have loved every minute of it. It is newly renovated and well-managed. We are sad to be leaving but we have to move because of work.

We have called maintenance for some minor things and they always show up either same-day or the very next day and fix the problem.

Rent is $3,450. Mandatory gym fee is $50 bringing total monthly payment to $3,500.

Security deposit will be paid to the existing tenant as we paid the security deposit at the onset of the lease in October and the deposit will stay with the apartment for the remainder of the lease, at which point you will be able to recoup it from the management company.
