This is building called LINC next to the Court square station at LIC. It has a stunning manhattan view with Queensborough bridge.
3 mins by walk to Court Square and 5 mins to Queensboro Plaza stations. Has a grocery store right on the first floor and 6 mins walk to Trader's Joes.

- this is the streeteasy view of the building and there's currently no studio listed. I believe my unit is the only available studio right now.
I am hoping to find someone to break my lease or sublease it. My current lease ends in August 31st. And you can renew through the building after that. It's a rent-stabilized unit.
The criteria for taking lease is x45 income or the building will require a guarantor. (current rent I pay is $3267 fyi if you want to take the lease over)
The current review process for lease takeover is taking long (upto 30 days). Another option is to submit another application for occupancy under me (take upto 10-14 days) and wait for the lease take over process to be completed.

• Application fee is $20 per person, which covers a background and credit check
• A verification letter on company letterhead stating salary and start date
• Three most recent, consecutive paystubs
• Self-employed applicants must provide a CPAletter and
two most recent tax returns
• Students must provide proof of enrollment and current class
schedule
• A complete copy of the most recent bank statement
• A copy of a current government issued photo ID(passport, driver’slicense, etc.)
SECURITY DEPOSITS: 1 month’s rent.
Can extend rent after 8/30 with landlord (Rent stabilized). Free sofa (on video) and 2 gray drawers next to bed - I was going to throw them out. So you can take them if wanted. I can also put the prospective tenant in touch with the rental furniture company if wanted
