Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. The property is all yours with either a personal greeting or self check-in instructions provided. A monthly housekeeping policy requires a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days for reservations of 60 nights or longer, with fees invoiced prior to the service.
