The oven and stove are currently inoperable, but hot plates are available for cooking. This property is on the market for sale and in-person tours are required during your stay. Guests will be required to provide periodic tour access up to once or twice per week with advance notice provided. Additionally, the elevator will be under maintenance starting in mid-July and will be out of service for approximately 6–8 weeks. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
