This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. A full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days for reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. You will either be personally greeted by a trusted partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay.
