This property only allows a 6-month minimum term, up to 12-24 months, with a preference for furnished leases. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to service.
