The third bedroom is an open loft up a few ladder-like steps above the living area. It is not enclosed but is private. The alcove bedroom above the stairs has low ceilings and may not suit all guests. This property is on the market for sale and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Efforts will be made to minimize any possible disturbances with 24 hours notice when possible. Consider this before booking. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
