Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outside areas. Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. Upon arrival, you will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
