Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500.00. The apartment is not child-proof or child-protected. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. A laptop computer is not included. All guests must respect the no-pet policy, and a fine of $500.00 will be charged if this rule is violated. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, and no commercial use is allowed. Guests cannot receive mail at this address, and it is recommended to open a PO Box.
