Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans before departure. A laptop computer is not included.
