Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and excessive cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is not left in good condition. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, heat, hot water, and gas/electricity, are included, but if the electric bill exceeds $100, the guest will be billed for the overage. A laptop computer is not included.
