The reservation is accepted based on the number of guests mentioned in the request, and only these guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment is not child-proof or child-protected. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Guests cannot receive mail at this address and are advised to consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition, with all dishes washed and trash disposed of properly. A $50 fee will be charged for any lost keys.
