Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (Master bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and the other bedroom with a Full Size Bed), closet, heat/air conditioning, computer desk, and windows. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a coffee table, and a flat TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month, with a rate of $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300.
