Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (Master bedroom with a Queen-size bed and the other bedroom with a Full-size bed), a closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. The living room offers a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat LCD TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month, with a rate of $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
