Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable double-sized bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month. Between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the safety and security of all guests. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed.
