Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, providing extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV with Roku streaming is available.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month from October 2nd to May 31st and $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 is charged for arrivals after 10 PM and $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
