This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, each tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and flat LCD TVs for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Both rooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st.
