To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, package delivery is available. The furniture and decor may vary from online photos due to periodic updates. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before departure. No smoking, parties, or loud music are allowed.
