Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, providing extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, offering everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
