Your space starts on the second floor of the home, with an 8-step walk-up to the main living area. There may be guests in the unit above with their own separate access. Quiet hours are after 9 pm, and no more than 14 guests are allowed on the property. A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed, and a $25 fine will be charged if the parking pass is not returned at checkout. For the comfort and safety of all guests, refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices, as a $300 fee will be applied for violations. The remote key for the parking lot is on the table in the living room, and a $500 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost remotes.
