Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a double-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For long-term leases of 6 months or more, a VOE letter and a copy of the current paycheck are required.
