Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and fridge/freezer. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month from October 2nd to May 31st and $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

The stove is currently not functioning due to an outage of the gas company. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. All pets must be approved in advance. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. For the safety and security of all our guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
