This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests. Located on the Upper East Side, it offers short walks to Central Park and the best attractions and restaurants New York has to offer. The Q line subway station is just a few steps from the building at the corner of 2nd Ave and East 94th Street.
Featuring 1 bedroom and an office/living room, a fully equipped kitchen (note: the stove is not functional at the moment due to an outage of the gas company), and a marble-tiled bathroom. The master bedroom includes a full-size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the office/living room. An extra single bed can be provided upon request. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric plate, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and linens and towels will be provided. There is a common area between the bedroom and office, which includes the kitchen and dining area.
All pets must be approved in advance, and the pet fee varies between $250 and $350. Utilities are excluded and run for $330 per month, covering electric, Wi-Fi, and a streaming TV box with Netflix. Between June 1st and October 1st, the utilities are $350 per month.

Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, contact us for an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
