The management in the building is amazing, work orders get responded to within a few hours. The doormen are extremely nice and caring and accommodating. They get to know you by name! Packages are kept behind the front desk so no issues with stolen packages. There is an amazing rooftop with gorgeous views, a rentable private party room, grills, lounge chairs, tables and chairs. There is a newly renovated gym with tons of weights and cardio equipment. There is a half court basketball court. There is an entertainment room and computer/printer room. Roughly a 10 min walk to Columbus Circle Subway Station (ACE, 123, BDFM lines). Roughly a 13 min walk to 57th and 7th Subway Station (NQRW line). M11 Bus station is across the street. M12, M31, M57 bus stations are less than a 5 min walk. Less than a 5 minute walk to Pier 96 and 97 and the walk/bike path along the Hudson River. Tons of restaurants and bars all around!

I would be willing to sell any furniture/decor in the apartment for a discounted price and/or free! Trying to get rid of almost everything.
From the leasing agent: “The application fee is $20 per applicant, which is paid by credit card. We require a pet fee in the amount of $1,000 per pet if they have a pet, first month's rent, and the security deposit is required when the re-assignment documents are signed. Payments will need to be made by bank certified check to "55th Clinton Associates LLC".The security deposit is also equivalent to one month's rent but they can opt for our ACH program so recurring rent is paid via Bilt through ACH and the security deposit is waived as long as the application is approved.The income requirement is at least 40x the monthly rent in annual income and applicants must provide either their most recent tax return, w2, employment letter or 3 pay stubs.”
